Welcome to ResumeMonkeyPro ("we", "us", "our"), operated from Delhi, India. By accessing or using our website and services you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

ResumeMonkeyPro provides AI-powered resume analysis, tailoring, template generation, and cover-letter drafting. Output is generated by third-party AI models and is provided as a suggestion — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use.

2. Accounts

You must sign in via Google to use paid AI features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Credits & Payments

AI features are consumed via non-refundable credits purchased through Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Credits are added to your account after successful payment and remain valid for as long as the account exists.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, upload unlawful content, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to impersonate someone else. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI Content Disclaimer

Content produced by our AI is generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interviews, or job offers. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information in your resume.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you provide. ResumeMonkeyPro retains rights to the platform, templates, and underlying software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeMonkeyPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for any breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting gaurav7x7@gmail.com.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
