Refund & Cancellation Policy

ResumeMonkeyPro sells digital AI credits that are consumed instantly on use. Please read this policy carefully before purchase.

No refunds

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Because credits unlock instant access to AI-generated content (analysis, tailoring, cover letters, summaries), we do not offer refunds once payment is completed — whether or not you have used the credits.

Cancellation

There are no recurring subscriptions or auto-renewals. You purchase credits one time; nothing is billed again unless you make another purchase.

Failed or duplicate payments

If your payment was charged but credits were not added to your account, or if you were charged twice for the same order, please contact gaurav7x7@gmail.com within 7 days with the Razorpay payment ID. We will investigate and, if the duplicate charge is confirmed, initiate a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Service unavailability

If the service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault and you are unable to consume purchased credits, contact us — we may issue additional credits or, at our discretion, a refund.
